RocketToons Review
Can One Sentence Really Become a Cartoon Episode?

Cartoons are among the most watched videos on the web and anyone who has attempted to make one knows the idea is never the hard part. The tough part is drawing each scene, finding voices, adding music, and making sure the main character looks the same from the first shot to the last. This last problem is where most AI video tools break down.
RocketToons is a new AI cartoon studio that claims it can solve all of that from a single line of text. You type in something like “Noah builds an ark and brings two of every animal aboard,” and it writes the screenplay, draws the storyboard, casts the voices, composes the music and hands you a finished MP4 episode. So your characters are saved. So episode two has the same cast.
This product is brought to you by Ankit Mehta and Tim Verdouw, two vendors that JVZoo buyers know very well. It will be launching on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern, following a live launch webinar at 10:00 AM. In this RocketToons review I’ll walk through every price point in the funnel, what each upgrade really unlocks, how the credit system works, where the sales copy runs ahead of the product and who should buy it.
Pricing and Funnel Review - RocketToons
Each tier in RocketToons is a one-time fee, with a 30-day money back guaranty. Refunds are processed via JVZoo. There are six products: the Commercial front end, four feature upgrades and a reseller license, available through two purchase paths as detailed below.
Front End: RocketToons Commercial ( $37 )
The core studio is commercial, the entry ticket to everything else. Full cartoon movies from 1 prompt or your own pasted script. Photo to cartoon for real people and products. The character continuity system. 8 signature styles (Pixar 3D, Classic 2D, Preschool 2D, Storybook, Ghibli, Action Anime, Comic Book and Claymation). The AI script writer with 11 story formats, 88 ready-made ideas and 26 occasion presets. 40 AI voices across 25 languages. 38 music tracks. 9 transitions. 2 caption styles. 3 export formats. 1-click posting to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Private customer watch pages. Commercial License. You get 5,000 credits plus 500 more each month, up to 50 films of up to 3 minutes each. Films are stored for 60 days. Exports are HD MP4, no watermarks. The launch coupon EARLYTOONS takes 10% off, bringing the price to around $33.30.
Upgrade 1: Elite ($47)
Elite is the volume and publication upgrade. It adds 10,000 bonus credits on upgrade plus another 500 every month, removes the 50-film cap, lets you extend films up to 15 minutes inside the editor and holds your films for 180 days instead of 60. Socially you get to connect multiple channels per platform (instead of just one), a drag and drop content calendar, batch publishing to all channels at once, controls for posting, canceling and retrying, an AI caption writer with four tones, smart hashtags per network and channel analytics.
Upgrade 2: Pro ($47)
Pro is the quality upgrade, and it is a lot more important than the sales funnel makes it sound. It switches you to the Pro Video Engine which gives you smoother motion, more consistent faces and audio created inside each clip. It also adds Pro image quality for sharper stills, 6 more cinematic styles for a total of 14, 11 Hollywood-style transitions, 6 animated caption styles, AI-composed scores that follow the mood of each film, 30 Pro voice actors with global accents, a standalone Voiceover Studio with precise word timing, a multi-track timeline editor with a media library, full 1080p exports with a choice of codec, a priority render queue and 5 team users.
Upgrade 3: RocketToons Studio aka Boards ($37)
Studio is a separate clip canvas for short videos that don’t require a full story. You input one sentence and get a clip of up to 15 seconds in any aspect ratio, without a storyboard step. It can animate a photo, extend an uploaded video, string together clips so each shot starts where the last one left off, turn a product photo into a short ad, add your saved characters into quick clips and make reaction, meme or B-roll shots. You choose the AI model and length per clip, and select from 7 directed camera styles: Discovery, Comedy, Action, Suspense, Emotional, Transformation and Showcase. Studio uses your main account credits and doesn’t add any of its own.
Upgrade 4: AI Agent, the MCP Connector ($37)
Agent allows you to run RocketToons within apps such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor and other AI apps that support MCP connectors. The chatbot can write the script, design the cast, build and edit the storyboard, render clips, switch takes, export the film and schedule the post, all without opening the editor. It shows the precise cost of credit and your balance before any job runs, and waits for your approval. Claude works on any plan, including the free one, while ChatGPT needs a paid plan with developer mode turned on. It uses your credits you have, like Studio does.
Upgrade 5 : Reseller ($97 or $197)
With Reseller, you can sell RocketToons accounts to your own customers, and keep 100% of what you charge. Reseller 25 is $97 for up to 25 client accounts and Reseller 100 is $197 for up to 100. You have a dedicated dashboard to create client accounts, assign a plan tier to each one and manage them in few clicks.
Purchase the front end and select each upsell one by one
You buy RocketToons Commercial first, since each upgrade requires an active Commercial account. Once you check out, each upgrade is presented one at a time and you can either accept or skip it. So you end up with just the setup you need.
Here’s how much the usual combinations cost:
- Commercial only: $37, or around $33.30 with EARLYTOONS
- Commercial + Elite: $84
- Commercial + Elite + Pro: $131
- $302 for all six products with Reseller 25. Or about $298.30 with EARLYTOONS
- 6 products with Reseller 100: $ 402
Option 2: Purchase the RocketToons Bundle Deal ($317)
The Bundle skips the front end and the upsell pages altogether. One payment of $317 and you get Commercial, Elite, Pro, Studio, Agent and Reseller 25. All features unlocked from day one. Use the TOON50 coupon to knock $50 off the bundle, now $267.
The coupon is what makes the bundle worthwhile. Without it, the bundle is $15 more expensive than buying the same six products separately ($317 vs $302). That’s about $31 cheaper than the cheapest à la carte route with TOON50. Just note that the bundle comes with Reseller 25, not Reseller 100, so if you plan to resell at scale, the à la carte route with Reseller 100 might be a better fit for you.
RocketToons is what?
RocketToons is an AI-driven cartoon studio in your browser. It works on Mac or Windows and there’s nothing to install. Its main selling point is that it makes full episodes, not individual clips. Most AI video generators provide you with few seconds of footage with no story, no voices and no continuity. RocketToons gives your video concepts a full production pipeline: script, cast, storyboard, voices, music, animation, captions and export.
It is designed for those who want to regularly publish cartoon stories - from kids and faith channels to small businesses and freelancers.
The RocketToons Method
The workflow consists of three major steps.
- Write down your idea. Type one line or paste a complete script. RocketToons turns it into a titled screenplay with scenes, dialog and narration. If your idea is short, a prompt enhancer will extend it. If you have a detailed script it remains as written.
- Approval of the story board. You see each scene first in still image form, and you can hear each line of dialog overdubbed over its picture as an animatic. You can rewrite, reorder, add or cut scenes, or swap any single shot before any animation is done.
- Animate and export. Each approved one becomes the first frame of its own clip, so the animation starts exactly where you signed off. Then you export the episode and download the MP4 or post it straight to your social channels.
The smartest part of the product is that storyboard-first design, because you fix the story while it's still cheap stills, before animation eats your credits.
RocketToons Commercial Main Features
Story Writer and Format
The writer offers 11 formats: Story, Story with a Lesson, Explainer, Biography, Faith Story, Retelling, Skit, Song, Quiz, Countdown and What-If. 88 ready-made ideas and 26 occasion presets for things such as Christmas, Diwali, Eid, Halloween and Mother’s Day are available. The Faith Story format is designed to tell the scripture story without the frills of imagination, and the writer keeps ideas for young children.
Cartoonization and Character Consistency
You design characters, places and props once and each one is given a reference picture that is re-used in every scene and every following episode. You can also upload a photo of yourself, your kids or a product and have it redrawn as a cartoon character or prop, which allows a real product to appear in every scene of an ad.
Controls of Director
You can see and edit every prompt the AI writes: the outline, camera move and action for every shot, sound effects, clip length and every line of dialog. You can @-mention saved characters to insert them into a shot. Change one part, only that part is regenerated. Keep last six takes of every shot so you can switch back for free.
Music and Publishing Voices
The 40 voices are cast automatically by the age and gender of the character and if you don't like one line, you can re-voice that line alone. Music from the 38-track library is automatically mixed under dialog, and finished movies can be posted with one click or shared with clients via private watch pages.
What the Sample Films Reveal
The vendor's story samples like Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Noah's Ark and Robin Hood are about 50 to 63 seconds each in Pixar-style 3D at standard HD resolution. Each has a full story arc over 10 to 12 scenes and looks shiny and kid-friendly.
They’re genuinely good at character consistency, most of them. From scene to scene Belle and the Beast, Noah, Robin Hood and the two mice keep their faces and outfits. It's not perfect, though. In one of the transformation shots Cinderella goes blonde and in one of the short clips the length of a character's hair changes halfway through.
The individual 10 second clips like David and Goliath are obviously more cinematic. They look like Pro or Studio output so consider them a preview of the upgraded tiers.
Benefits of RocketToons
- One tool takes the place of separate apps for scripts, character design, voices, music and editing.
- You only spend animation credits after you approve the story.
- A saved cast makes series production realistic.
- Series build loyal audiences
- The Faith Story format is great for church media teams and family channels.
- The Commercial License allows you to sell videos to clients and use them in ads.
Where Sales Pages Get Out of Hand
An honest RocketToons review needs to separate what the tool does from what the marketing suggests. The product looks solid, but there are several claims that need context.
Credits are the actual limit
Costs for a full movie are not published anywhere. Credits are used for every picture, clip, voice and music track. The vendor’s only real example is in its Agent demo, which prices a 60-second cartoon at 240 credits. At that rate, Commercial's 5,000 credits will cover about 20 one-minute films, and the 500 credits it gets each month will buy about two more films monthly. Elite’s extra 10,000 credits will get you about 60 one-minute films, plus about four more per month.
This is fine for testing and for a weekly publishing schedule, but not for the "new episode every day" channel that the sales pages talk about. A single 15-minute movie would burn about 3,600 credits. Elite’s “unlimited films” doesn’t negate the credit cost, but instead the film counter. Top-up prices are not published and the sales pages still show smaller credit allowances than the official launch figures, so check your balance immediately after purchase.
Tier $37 Isn't the Showcase Tier
The vendor’s own comparison shows that standard Commercial clips have stiffer motion and no clip audio. Pro offers smoother motion, steadier faces, sound effects inside clips, and 1080p export. HD, not full HD, commercial exports. If it was the cinematic samples that got you hooked, budget for Pro.
The "$67 Per Month After Launch" line is not realistic
Elite, Pro, Studio, and Agent all say they’ll run $67 a month after launch. That anchor’s not holding. Runway is one of the biggest names in AI video, with its Standard plan costing $15 per month and Pro $35, and you get fresh credits every month. Nobody is going to pay $67 a month for one JVZoo add-on, much less $268 for four of them. Ignore the anchor. Evaluate each upgrade based on its one-time price.
100% Consistent = Very Good, Not Perfect
The character lock is good, but little slips still slip through, and Pro peddling "consistent faces" as an upgrade tells you the standard engine is a step behind.
The Bundle Is Not a 60% Savings
The $797 “total value” is based on list prices nobody pays. As you can see above, the bundle only beats the à la carte route if you use the TOON50 coupon.
Big-Channel Numbers Aren’t Your Numbers
The sales pages are based on Baby Shark, Cocomelon and Pinkfong, which are outliers that have been built by big studios over many years. YouTube also restricts monetization of “Made for Kids” content and is cracking down on repetitive, mass-produced AI videos. What a cartoon channel needs is ideas, not volume.
Watch what you retell.
Bible stories, fairy tales and fables are all in the public domain and safe to use. It is another matter to retell a modern film, or to invent characters that look like famous studio designs. The Commercial License covers what RocketToons makes, not intellectual property of others.
Is longevity an open question?
RocketToons is powered by paid AI models but buyers pay once and still receive monthly credits. That’s a generous offer but then the vendor is at the mercy of top-ups and future sales for the long term cost. Remember to download every finished film, because films are deleted after 60 or 180 days! Remember that resellers’ customers rely on the platform being up.
About the Makers
RocketToons is published by Farfetched Media Labs Private Limited, co-founded by Ankit Mehta and Tim Verdouw.
Ankit Mehta has been building software for creators and marketers for the last decade. He's the co-owner of Videosly and AI Video Builder which he launched with Paul Ponna and has had several other JVZoo launches, so he's no stranger to AI video.
Tim Verdouw is a longtime vendor on JVZoo and we have reviewed many of his products including Unfold.video and the similarly branded RocketVideosAI in 2025. He also runs a YouTube channel where he helps marketers choose the right tools.
That combo’s a decent sign for support and updates, although no track record can guaranty how long a one-time-priced AI tool will be around.

Who Should Purchase RocketToons?
RocketToons is the best fit for church media teams, parents and teachers, kids’ and bedtime story channels that publish weekly, and freelancers selling cartoon ads to local businesses.
It’s a suboptimal fit for those expecting long films with front-end credits on a daily basis, or studio-grade animation from the cheapest tier.
So Which One Should You Choose?
- Test the concept. Commercial only. EARLYTOONS.
- Regular series: Commercial plus Elite, for the extra credits, longer films and scheduling.
- Commercial plus Elite plus Pro: $131, selling to clients or chasing quality.
- Want it all? Studio, Agent and reselling? The Bundle with TOON50 for $267.
- Reseller 100: The à la carte path with a plan of reselling at scale.
RocketToons Review: The Bottom Line
RocketToons is one of the more thoughtful AI video launches on JVZoo this year. The storyboard-first workflow, the saved cast, the voiced animatic and the editable director controls all reveal a team that understands why most AI video tools frustrate people. $37 gets you a full production pipeline which takes a sentence and turns it into a short, voiced cartoon episode, and the sample films show the idea works.
The catch is the front end is the starter tier. Pro is the smoothest motion, clip audio, 1080p live, Elite has the publishing tools and more credits, and the real cost of heavy use depends on vendor credit prices they haven't released yet. Buy Commercial to test it out. If it works for your channel, add Elite and Pro. Only get the bundle if TOON50 works at checkout. That way, RocketToons is a good deal for cartoon creators who want to make a series without hiring a studio.
