The Funnel & Pricing Breakdown

There are two very different ways of buying and one is only available for a short time.

Option 1: The Front End Plus Individual Upgrades

This path is where you buy the $47 front end and then decide on each upgrade one at a time. Each offer can be accepted or skipped by you independently.

AI Agency Engine Front End – $47

This is the main product You’ll get a seat in the five live sessions, Monday to Friday at 11am ET, plus a Sunday nite “Meet The Room” set-up session. You also get Murage and its free library of ready-made AI teams, the Demo Machine running live with Sean on Wednesday, the Money Path method with its 60-second niche quiz, a private Discord group, session replays with transcripts, a short “Cliffs Notes” guide for each session, the Friday live Q and A, and entry into a $1,750 prize draw. One detail is important here: replays and guides are only promised until Sunday, November 15 at 11:59pm ET.

Order Bump: The Demo Machine + 25 Money Maps, $37 One Time

With the order bump, you can keep the Demo Machine and all 25 Money Maps when the class is done. Each Money Map focuses on a specific niche like roofers, dentists, med spas, plumbers, or law firms. They already include the typical pain points, the offer, and a recommended monthly price. The vendor’s own copy says this is what you will be using Wednesday, so if you are serious about the client side of the business it is the most practical add-on in the funnel.

Upsell 1: The Red Carpet $97

The vendor's terms refer to Red Carpet as replays. With the front-end replays going down on November 15, this upgrade seems the way to keep the recordings past that cut-off. The full contents were not spelled out on the sales page before the launch, so read the offer page carefully before you purchase.

Upsell 2: The Client Machine, $197

The terms refer to the Client Machine as "packs." In this context, these are probably ready-made Murage team packs for client work, adding to the free library with deeper builds for specific niches. Again, the sales page doesn’t go into detail so be sure to check the upsell page before committing.

Upsell 3 : First Client Intensive ($497)

This is an extra live day with Sean, scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, the week after the class. It’s designed for buyers who want a hand-up from a sent pitch to a signed first client.

If you order each item à la carte, that comes to $875.

Option 2: The Complete Package Bundle

The second path avoids the front end and the upgrade sequence altogether. The Complete Package is $497 one-time and includes the front end, the order bump, Red Carpet, The Client Machine and The First Client Intensive. The pieces come out to $875, so the bundle saves $378 versus buying everything separately.

The trick is timing. The Complete Package is only available during the early bird webinar on Tuesday Nov 3rd at 10am ET. It’s not on the cart page that opens in an hour. It’s not coming back later in the week. If you know that you want it all, the webinar is the only place to get it.

Two other points apply to both paths. The vendor’s terms mention some products being sold on installment plans, and a separate backend program called The AI Foundry, sold through a different checkout outside of this funnel. And whichever way you go, there’s no refund window on all sales.

Who Is Sean Donahoe?

Sean Donahoe has been selling online for about 27 years and runs his business via ADD Marketing Group, LLC. He has over $25 million in product sales, over 118,000 sales on JVZoo, top 1% vendor status and more than 120,000 students. He also says he has a degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence and that he has developed artificial intelligence systems for Fortune 500 companies.

What is striking is his format. Sean has been selling via live classes, not recorded courses, for years, most of that in trading education. His company Trade Canyon runs programs like the Rebel Trader system and a trading accelerator with coach Phil Newton. He launched The AI Trading Engine in September 2026, a five-day live class based on an AI that went through stocks overnight and gave a ranked trade idea every morning.

The AI Agency Engine takes that same live-class engine and aims it at a new market. The audience isn’t traders, it’s people that want to build a service business selling AI to roofers, dentists and med spas. This is a major shift. Products trade on market results, and this one will be judged on whether regular buyers can actually land paying local clients.

What Is Murage?

Murage is the free desktop app that runs the entire program. It doesn't just give you one chatbot, but a team of named AI assistants, each with a role, under a “Chief of Staff” bot called Ember.

You tell Ember you’re starting an AI agency and it connects you with a Business Planner to help you with priorities and plans, a Draft Partner that writes and then reviews its own work, and an optional weekly business review on Monday mornings.

Here's how it works in practice, as shown in the application's own screenshots:

  • Ember will suggest a team for a task, such as four researchers for a market question, and wait for your approval before anyone begins.
  • The team lead breaks down the work, runs the specialists and returns one consolidated page with each claim tagged as sourced, worked out or not established.
  • For email, it drafts replies in your own voice, leaves blanks instead of making up facts it doesn’t know, and doesn’t send anything without your say-so.
  • Routines (such as a weekday morning brief) are pre-programmed, but only activated once you confirm them.

Two design choices deserve credit. “Ask” mode means each action waits for your approval, and anything involving money is held for a human.

The important cost detail is this: Murage is free, but it requires your own AI accounts. You have your own subscription / API access and pay for that usage yourself.

How the Demo Machine Operates

The Demo Machine is Murage's part that is designed to win clients. You paste the web address of a business into the Demo Director, and five steps process in sequence:

  • Read their site: what the business does and who it serves
  • Time savers: where AI could save them time and/or money
  • Building their team - a set of named bots for that business, placed in your sidebar.
  • Running their numbers: an estimate of the team’s value to the owner
  • Write the pitch: short email, open with something specific on their website

The example team for a roofing company includes a Storm Responder, an Estimate Chaser, a Job Updater, and a Review Builder. A dental practice hires a Recall Coordinator, Treatment Plan Follower, and New Patient Responder. A med spa gets an Inquiry Responder, Rebooking Coach & Content Producer.

The sales page breaks the entire client process down into four moves: FIND, SHOW, SEND, CLOSE. You enter a niche and a town, like “Roofers. Tampa.” and the system searches for businesses who publish an email address on their own site. She builds a demo for each, writes the emails and you approve the batch in one tap on your phone. When someone replies, a nearby bot types your answer.

Once a client signs, the plan is to have their team deployed within an hour, run it on a routine and send a Monthly Results Report detailing calls answered, leads followed up and hours saved. That report is what is meant to keep the monthly retainer coming.

Live Class, Day by Day - 5 Days

Meet The Room Sunday November 8

An evening session at 8pm ET to check installs, and set up your free AI agent, so you’re ready to go on Monday.

Day 1, Monday, November 9: Your AI Business is Live

The setup is done together on the call and takes about 3 minutes. You direct your new team to your own content, outreach and admin so you become your own first customer before you sell to anyone else.

Day 2 Tuesday, November 10 The Money Path

The 60 second quiz picks your niche from the 25 Money Maps, an offer and a price. Sean also walks you through the entire “Show, Don’t Sell” system and the Monthly Results Report that keeps your clients paying.

Day 3, Wednesday, November 11: Build It and Ship It

Today is headline day. You find a real local business, build their AI team and send your 1st pitch before session is over, Sean does 1st 1 with you The vendor refers to this as "The Wednesday Promise."

Day 4. Thursday, November 12. The Big One

Sunday, the day of the week billed as the most important, is all about making the whole machine go faster, better and easier. Other than this description the agenda is vague.

Day 5, Friday, November 13: Live Q and A, Hot Seats, Wins

Hot seats pulled from the room Questions answered live Wins from the week You submit the four prize codes you won from Monday to Thursday for the Sunday drawing.

Hype Check: When Marketing Exceeds Reality

This is the most important thing in any review of an AI Agency Engine.

1. History of disputes, no refund

Every purchase, the bundle and every upgrade are final. That’s not typical for a JVZoo launch, where 30-day guaranties are the norm. The vendor’s Trustpilot profile includes buyers of the September class who say the software didn’t work and that their refund requests were denied, considering that launch advertized a money-back guaranty. The vendor publicly disputes those accounts, but any money spent here should be considered money you will not get back.

2. The terms describe a smaller product than the sales page

The sales page claims the system finds businesses, writes them, and follows up until they respond and it promotes a closer bot with over $120,000 in sales in less than a week. The vendor's terms state that Murage does not run your business, find clients for you or sell for you. So the legal wording is the one to go by. Murage is a tool, the selling is still your job.

3. The value stack is pumped up

It claims to be worth over $2,300 on the sales page. More than half of that is the same class twice. The $997 "Demo Machine, Run Live" item is Wednesday's session and the $297 Q and A is Friday's session. The keep-forever version of the Demo Machine is available as a $37 order bump, and that tells you a lot more about what it really costs than $997 does. The "$1,750 prize" is a drawing for 3 winners from up to 500 seats.

4. Income math is an approximation

Examples include the $1,000 a month fee, the $9,000 roof job and the 20-client, $240,000-a-year example. There are no student results for this model and the vendor’s own terms state that some people who take the training will earn zilch. It’s real work, ongoing work, to get local clients from cold email and keep them on monthly retainers.

5. Client flow is displayed as simulation only

In the actual app screenshots, you can see research, inbox drafting and routines. The sales page has a paste-a-website demo, which is an animation, but it is presented as a simulation of a test run. It might work well in the live class, but the most important feature has the least footage behind it.

6. Murage is very young

Murage was brought in halfway through September’s class after the previous software crashed after a Windows update. So it’s only about two months old at launch. It's free and from a single vendor's company. Long term updates and support is an open question, particularly if you build paid client services on top of it.

7. Hidden costs and practical limitations

You pay for your own AI usage, and the pages never tell you who is paying for the AI usage for each client's team. The app itself also notes that routines only run while Murage is running, so a roofer’s after-hours Storm Responder depends on a machine staying switched on, although a comparison chart on the sales page claims it keeps working with the laptop closed. Finally, the 4.2 Trustpilot rating seen on the page is for Trade Canyon, the vendor's trading-education firm and a number of the reviews quoted are about trading rather than this product.

A final note of caution: automated cold outreach is legally murky territory anywhere in the world. The emails also have a mailing address and an opt-out line, which covers the basics in the US, but rules on unsolicited business email in the EU and UK are stricter.

Benefits

  • Five days of live, interactive teaching at a low entry price
  • Approval-first design, meaning we don’t send or charge anything without your yes
  • Honest output habits: blanks when you don’t know, and confidence-tagged research
  • Clear structured approach: niche, offer, price, demo & pitch
  • 25 niche maps with pain points and pricing already figured out
  • Replays and brief guides for those outside US timezones
  • A long-standing vendor who handles complaints in public

Cons

  • No refund window, all sales are final.
  • The sales page over promises on automation permitted by the terms
  • The value stack and income figures are massively inflated
  • Murage is just two months old
  • You pay for AI usage, and maybe for every client setup, too
  • Free replays expire two days after class ends
  • Upsell content is unclear prior to purchase and bundle is only sold one morning

Who Should Purchase The AI Agency Engine?

It's for:

  • Beginners who learn best in a live room and will actually show up everyday
  • Freelancers and agency owners in web design, SEO or ads who want to offer an AI service to their existing clients
  • People curious about multi-agent AI tools who want a low-cost way in, with guidance

It doesn’t do well with:

  • Anyone who wants a safety net for their refund
  • Buyers looking for a done-for-you system that will find and close clients for them
  • People who hate cold outreach or are not ready to sell

Judgment

The AI Agency Engine is best thought of as a low-cost live course with a free, ambitious AI-team app attached. The $47 for five days of live teaching from an experienced presenter is fair value and Murage’s approve-first design is more thoughtful than most tools in this space.

What it isn't is a business in a box. The sales page heavily relies on inflated values, projected income, and a closer bot success story. The vendor’s own terms state the tool does not find clients or sell for you. Throw in a no-refund policy, a very new app and running costs you pay for yourself, and the case for caution is clear.

My take away from this AI Agency Engine review: the $47 front end is reasonable if you are going to show up everyday and treat it as education. If you are going to try and get local clients seriously you should add the $37 bump. Don’t jump at the bigger upgrades until you’ve seen whether Murage runs smoothly on your machine and business owners in your area actually respond.
