Martsi Review
CAN YOU REALLY BUILD YOUR OWN ETSY, FIVERR OR AIRBNB EMPIRE?

Etsy isn’t a candle shop. Fiverr doesn’t do logos. Airbnb doesn’t own any apartments. All three earn money in the same way – by matching buyers and sellers and taking a small slice of each transaction. It's one of the most profitable business models online and until now building your own version meant hiring developers and spending months on code.
Cyril Jeet Gupta and his team at Teknikforce have figured out a new app, Martsi, that promises to change that. It lets you build your own multi-vendor marketplace for physical products, digital downloads, services or rentals, without having to build everything from scratch. It goes live on JVZoo on October 23 2026 at 11 AM ET and the launch is until October 29.
I got a review account pre-launch so had some time in the owner panel, a fully built demo marketplace and the storefront that buyers see. In this Martsi review I go over the two ways to buy it, what each upgrade unlocks, how the software works, what the sales pitch oversells, and who should pick it up.
✅ Seller approval, disputes, payouts, reviews & messaging built in
✅ Stripe, PayPal & Razorpay — connect your own accounts
✅ Ready-made themes with live preview, plus SEO tools with AI writing
✅ Run up to 5 marketplaces from one Owner Panel with Pro
MARCH PRICING AND UPGRADE PATHS
Martsi offers you two ways to buy. You can start with the front end and then pick each upgrade, or you can take the All-Inclusive Deal and skip the upsell sequence altogether. Below is the description of the two paths.
OPTION 1: PURCHASE MARTSI ELITE AND EACH UPGRADE SEPARATELY
Front End – Martsi Elite ($32)
Martsi Elite is an entry-level, one-off payment package. You can create one marketplace with up to 200 sellers, 4,000 buyers and 600 products . You receive 20,000 welcome credits for the AI features, limited AI tools, a personal business-use license for one individual, and one year of free upgrades. You only need to test one niche idea, but the limits are tight for a marketplace that actually grows.
Order Bump – 50,000 Credits Boost (44$)
That’s 50,000 credits extra, in addition to the 20,000 that come with Elite. Credits pay for the AI features, like moderation and AI writing, so it’s only worth it if you’re really into the AI side of things.
Unlimited Transactions Per Day ($14) Order Bump
This bump increases the daily limit on the number of transactions your marketplace can process. The Elite feature list does not state what that limitation is, but the existence of this bump confirms there is one. The entire point of a marketplace is the volume of sales you can handle so I’d consider this $14 bump pretty much necessary.
OTO1 – Martsi Pro ($67)
The real upgrade is Martsi Pro. Lets you build up to 5 marketplaces Adds 50,000 welcome credits Unlocks access to multiple AI models Custom theme options More revenue features such as premium listings and paid memberships Team access and a commercial license so you can build marketplaces for clients You also get 2 years of free upgrades instead of 1 year. The sales pitch promises unlimited listings, sellers and buyers, but I'll return to that claim later.
OTO2 - Martsi Reseller ($197)
With this upsell you get 20 Pro reseller licenses. This means you can sell Martsi accounts to other people and pocket the cash. There is also an additional add-on pack of 140 reseller licenses available for $29. The only way this works is if you already have an audience that buys software. Most people building a marketplace can easily skip this.
OTO3 - Cohortia Pro ($67)
Cohortia is a separate app from Teknikforce for building online communities. Pro upgrade offers up to 15 communities with unlimited members, 50,000 credits, AI posts using fresh news, AI graphics, AI moderation, 15 virtual team members, commercial license and 2 years of upgrades. It does well with a marketplace but it is a different product.
OTO4 – CloudFunnels Pro ($67)
CloudFunnels is a sales funnel builder by Teknikforce with drag and drop landing pages, email autoresponder, membership support, analytics and payment integrations. With the Pro upgrade you can install on unlimited sites, unlimited stores, all templates, your own branding, multi-user login and a commercial license. Again, it's useful in and of itself, but not part of Martsi proper.
$430 if you buy the front end and all four upgrades separately. Add all three add ons and the total is $517.
OPTION 2: THE ALL-IN-ONE DEAL ($297)
Elite is right next to the All-Inclusive Deal on the main sales page. Includes Martsi Elite + all 4 upgrades. Martsi Pro, Martsi Reseller, Cohortia Pro and CloudFunnels Pro. You don’t have to go through the upsell pages because you get everything in one purchase. The order bumps seem to be sold separately, so check your checkout page if you want the extra credits or unlimited daily transactions.
You save about $133 for $297 versus $430 for the same products separately. The deal closes when the launch ends, so it’s only available October 23-29. The vendor's materials list more than one figure--check the final price on the sales page on launch day.
WHICH WAY MAKES MORE SENSE?
If you’re just looking to build one or two marketplaces, the smartest way to do it is Elite + Pro + Unlimited Daily Transactions bump, which is $113 total. If you want a community builder & funnel builder too and you like the idea of reselling, then the All-Inclusive Deal is better value. A big part of the value of the bundle is from tools not in Martsi, so don't buy the bundle simply because it's a bundle.
HOW MARTSI OPERATES
Martsi is built in two layers and when you get that the whole app is much simpler to follow.
The first layer is the Owner Panel and it’s your home base.
Each marketplace is displayed as a card, with a brief description, Live on/off toggle and an Open Admin button. I had seven marketplaces on my review account: a general product store, a home and garden marketplace that blended products, tool rentals, and handyman bookings, a camera gear rental site, a handmade goods marketplace, and an event vendor directory.
The Owner Panel dashboard shows a credits spent per week chart and a table with buyers, sellers, paid orders, revenue, earnings and credits spent for each marketplace.
The Marketplace Admin is the second layer. Click Open Admin and you are in a complete control panel for that one marketplace. The left menu is divided into groups clearly:
people: buyers and sellers
Business: orders, projects, order disputes, reviews, listings & payouts
Communication: chat, moderation, messaging and broadcasting
Design: themes, pages and SEO
Roles and team, email templates, settings, billing
Each marketplace has its own subdomain, like yourstore.martsi.xyz, and the storefront is the part your buyers see.
The facade looks clean and modern. The home page includes a search bar for products, rentals and services, a Featured Listings section and listings grouped by type. Product pages show price, stock, Buy Now button, Message Seller button and verified seller card. Looks like a small Etsy shop and not a dated template.
Setting up is a four-step process: create the marketplace, decide which listing types you want to allow, connect a payment gateway, and pick a theme. Then you invite sellers, approve their listings, and bring buyers in.
WHO IS MARTSI DRIVING?
Martsi is brought to you by Cyril Jeet Gupta Founder & CEO of Teknikforce. He is a programr and software entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. His team’s apps include CloudFunnels, Tuberank Jeet AI, Livecaster, Email Jeet, Blogi AI, and Cinemation.
What is impressive about Teknikforce is the support reputation. Trustpilot rates the company 4.7 out of 5 from 132 reviews, with most positive comments highlighting support staff who will stick with a problem until it is solved. Several reviewers say they’ve been using Teknikforce products for years. Support can be found at teknikforce.com/support via a ticket desk, by emailing support@teknikforce.com or using live chat on the sales page.
Just two things to remember. The team operates from India, so responses could be during India working hours. Watch your receipts. One Trustpilot reviewer complained that auto-billing got turned back on for a subscription product, and a second charge wasn’t refunded.
MARTSI KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Four Marketplace Models In a Single App
Martsi supports physical products, digital products, services and rentals. You can enable or disable these in each marketplace in Seller Modules. Product Sales includes physical and digital goods for one-time purchase. Rentals includes time-based rental items. Services includes bookable services and appointments. You can run one model or you can mix in the same store.
Multiple marketplaces, one control panel
Pro users can operate up to five marketplaces from a single Owner Panel, each with its own branding, sellers and buyers, theme and the ability to toggle any of them live or offline with one click.
Seller & Listing Control
Listings are subject to an approval flow and include Active, Pending Review, Rejected and Draft tabs. You can star the best listings, and a ‘AI flagged only’ filter shows listings flagged for review by the AI. Dashboard panels allow you to vet sellers before they go live by showing sellers awaiting review and certifications to verify.
In-built Orders, Disputes & Payouts
Orders show the item, buyer, gateway, tax, shipping and platform fee and can be printed or emailed to the buyer or seller. There’s a disputes area where you can configure the dispute window and times, and a payouts area for paying sellers.
Three Payment Methods
You can connect Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Razorpay, which is popular in India. You connect your own accounts and each gateway will tell you if it supports your currency.
Live Preview Themes
There are at least five themes you can apply or customize like Blossom, Sand, Mono and Midnight, there is a live desktop and mobile preview before you switch.
SEO Tools Using AI Writing
The SEO page shows you how your marketplace will look on Google with character counters for the title and description, a social sharing image and title and an option to hide the homepage from search engines. A Write with AI button generates a draft of the text for you.
Communication Equipment
Buyers can message sellers directly and you can moderate conversations and broadcast announcements. Your marketplace sends emails based on email templates and SMTP settings.
WHAT THE MARTSI SALES PITCH DOESN'T TELL YOU
The software is very good. So here’s the bit of my Martsi review which I would ask you not to skip. You need to watch the pitch around it.
“Take a Cut Without Doing Any Work”
The sales pitch is that you can earn money on each sale and you don’t have to make a product, provide a service or find clients. This avoids the hardest part of any marketplace: sellers won’t join an empty marketplace, and buyers won’t come to one without sellers. Martsi gives you the platform but you still have to recruit sellers, attract buyers, approve listings, settle disputes and pay out sellers. It’s a real business, not passive income.
Your Cut Isn't Automatic
The demo store showed a $68 order with $0.00 platform fee and $0 earnings for the store. You only have a commission once you set it under Payments . Until then, every sale is free money.”
The Money Flow Needs To Be Checked
Buyers pay in the Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay account you connect and there is a separate tab for sellers called Payouts. From the screens I’ve seen, you collect the money and pay your sellers, not the app automatically splitting each payment. If so, you’re responsible for other people’s money, refunds, chargebacks, and possibly tax liabilities depending on where you live. Before you work with real sellers, support will tell you how payouts work.
"Everything Runs on AI"
The AI is real, but it's narrow. On the SEO page I saw a filter for listing AI, AI moderation settings for messages and listings, and an AI writing button. I didn't see how AI was going to settle disputes, or grow your marketplace for you. The frontend has only some limited AI features and you need to be on Pro to access multiple AI models.
Credits Are Used Even Without Sales
In the review account, one marketplace consumed 332 credits with zero sales. The sales material doesn’t mention the cost of each AI action, so it’s hard to know how far 20,000 credits will take you.
There's a Limit to 'Unlimited'
Pro has unlimited listings, sellers and buyers but the Marketplace Limits screen in the review account shows a platform maximum of 1,000 vendors and 50 listings per vendor. Generous for a new marketplace but not unlimited.
Your Marketplace Continues on Their Servers
Every store is running on a martsi.xyz subdomain. Teknikforce is hosting your sellers, buyers and order history. There is a Name and Domain setting which suggests custom domains but I couldn't verify this. The app is also brand new. Martsi has only a few months of history to date as the oldest demo marketplace was born in June 2026. Teknikforce has a good track record on keeping its apps up and running but it's a good idea to export your data on a regular basis.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF MARTSI
Pros:
Front end one time launch price low at $32
Supports physical products, digital products, services, and rentals
Professional, clean, modern storefront, straight out of the box
Full admin with listing approval, disputes, payouts, reviews and messaging
Manage up to five marketplaces from one Owner Panel with Pro
Payment gateways with Stripe, PayPal & Razorpay
Desktop and mobile themes live preview
AI writing help with built-in SEO tools
Role of helpers and access to team
Teknikforce has a good reputation of customer service
Disadvantages:
Elite is very limited, 200 vendors, 600 products and limited AI
Elite has a daily transaction cap not mentioned in the feature list
Pro is hardly necessary for the main promise
“Unlimited” listings are capped at 50 per vendor in the app
Commission setup is manual and starts at zero
Seems like you're on the hook for seller payouts
No explanation of credit cost
Marketplaces hosted on vendor subdomain and servers
A new product without any user reviews yet
2 of the 4 upsells are separate Teknikforce apps.
WHO IS THE IDEAL CUSTOMER FOR MARTSI?
Martsi is a good fit for those who already have one side of the marketplace or both: local business associations, owners of community and hobby groups, agencies that are building a marketplace for a client, and niche experts who know the sellers and buyers in their field. “It saves them months of development work.”
It’s a bad fit for beginners who want passive income in a dead market. With no sellers and no audience and no plan for bringing in buyers, the software alone will not generate sales.
TIPS FOR IMPROVED RESULTS WITH MARTSI
Don’t try to build the next Etsy, pick a narrow niche you already know (one city, one hobby etc)
Before you open your doors to buyers, you must recruit at least ten sellers.
In Payments settings, select your platform fee before your first sale.
Ask support to walk you through how seller payouts work before you go live.
Protect your marketplace's reputation with the listing approval flow from day one.
Your first month as an Owner, keep an eye on your credit usage on the Owner Panel dashboard.
Use the app thoroughly in your first week while you are still in any refund period.
MARTSI REVIEW – FAQs
Martsi – What's Martsi?
Martsi is a web app that allows you to build your own multi-vendor marketplace, where many sellers list products, services, digital goods or rentals, and you earn a commission on each sale.
Martsi is a one-time payment?
Yes, when it was launched. The vendor says that after launch the app will go to monthly and yearly pricing.
How many marketplaces can I create?
Elite uses a single marketplace. Pro allows you to use five.
Which payment gateways does Martsi accept?
PayPal Stripe Razorpay You link your own accounts.
Is Martsi Pro worth it?
Yes for most purchasers. It removes the tight Elite limits and adds multiple AI models, custom themes and a commercial license.
Do I need the All-Inclusive package?
Only if you also want CloudFunnels and Cohortia. If you only need a marketplace, Elite plus Pro is enough.
Do you have a refund policy?
I didn’t see the refund terms published when writing this Martsi review so you’ll want to check the sales page before you buy.
BOTTOM LINE: TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY MARTSI?
Martsi is one of the most impressive Teknikforce launches I have seen. It is not a mockup or a thin chatbot wrapper but a full marketplace platform with seller approval, disputes, payouts, themes, SEO, three payment gateways and four business models, at a launch price most marketplace software cannot touch.
It can’t build the marketplace business for you. The sales pitch makes it sound like passive income but the real work is finding sellers, bringing in buyers and managing the money in the middle. Also, the front end is more limited than the price would have you believe so plan on Pro and the Unlimited Daily Transactions bump.
I have one simple suggestion. If you already have an audience, a local network or clients needing a marketplace, Martsi Elite with Pro is a great value and worth grabbing during the launch week. If you’d like the community and funnel tools as well, the All-Inclusive Deal will save you money. If you want easy money from a vacant store, keep on going and save your budget for when you have sellers lined up.
