7 Things to Know Before You Buy in 2026

AIProspectGenie Review

Ask anyone who sells AI services to local businesses what the hardest part of the job is and it’s very few that will tell you it’s building the chatbot or setting up the voice agent. The hard part is what happens before. Finding businesses that truly need help. Deciding what to pitch each one. Writing a message in such a way it is read and not deleted. Most people either send a scraped list with one generic template or spend whole evenings clicking through plumber and dentist websites one by one.

Wayne Crowe’s AIProspectGenie is an effort to fold the whole grind into a single tool. It launches on JVZoo on October 8 2026 and claims to find local businesses, read their websites to figure out where they are losing money, and then write a personalized cold email about the one problem most worth leading with. Wayne has been busy this year with Commission Machine AI in August and VibeGenie in September and this launch takes pieces from both.

In this AIProspectGenie review, I’ll be breaking down exactly what you’re paying for at each step of the funnel, how the tool works inside the dashboard, where the AI analysis is genuinely strong, and where the sales page promises more than any software can control.

What is AIProspectGenie

AIProspectGenie is a web-based prospecting platform for agency owners, freelancers, consultants and marketers selling services to local businesses. It's built around AI services such as voice receptionists, chatbots and follow-up automation but the sales page FAQ confirms the same process works for other B2B services too, such as websites and marketing or review management.

The workflow is in three phases. It starts with finding businesses in a selected niche and city and collecting their contact details. Second, its AI crawls every business’s website and online presence to find problems, and score how well the business fits what you sell.” Third, it writes a short personalized email based on the strongest problem it found. Inside the app, the product is simply branded as ProspectGenie with the tagline “Find, qualify, write.”

Here is the short scoop:

  • Product: AI Prospect Genie

  • Editor: Crowe, Wayne

  • Launch date: October 8, 2026, 11 AM EDT

  • End of Launch Period: October 13, 2026 11:59 PM EDT

  • Front-end price: One-time $27

  • One time bundle price: $297

  • Best suited for: agencies and freelancers providing AI or marketing services to local businesses

Pricing and Funnel Breakdown of AIProspectGenie

There are two ways of buying. You can start with the $27 front end and then decide on each upsell one at a time or buy the bundle which includes everything in one payment. This part of the AIProspectGenie review talks about both ways separately.

Purchase Path 1: Front End Plus Individual Up-Sells

Front End: AIProspectGenie Core ($27 OTO)

That’s the heart of the prospecting platform. It has the AI Lead Finder to find targeted businesses and their contact information, the AI Lead Analysis to figure out pain points and the AI services that might help each business, and the Personalized AI Prospecting writer that writes an email for each business based on their opportunities. The critical limit is the front end with up to 500 prospects. That number can be found in the funnel details, but not on the sales page itself, and it’s unclear if 500 is a lifetime total, or a monthly allowance.

Order Bump: Unlimited Prospects & Unlimited AI Scans ($27/mo)

This is the only recurring charge in the funnel, and it’s right at checkout. No limit on 500 prospects Unlimited AI analysis. 500 leads won’t last long for someone planning to do serious prospecting in multiple niches and cities, so this bump is arguably the real price of the product. In reality, an active user is looking at $27 up front and $27 each month.

OTO 1: Prospect Follow-up System ($47 One Time)

This upsell includes the Megabuilder marketing platform that activates after the first email. AIProspectGenie auto-imports leads and provides you with a done-for-you follow-up workflow, agency landing page to book calls, email marketing, calendar with appointment booking, and a CRM with pipelines. Megabuilder also showed up in the VibeGenie funnel a month ago, as a monthly subscription, so the one-time price here is the better of the two. The core tool has a basic notes box for every lead and nothing that resembles a proper CRM. This is the most obvious upsell in the funnel.

OTO 2: VibeGenie Core + CMO (\(67 / one time, \)47 downsell)

This is VibeGenie, Wayne Crowe’s previous launch bundled in as an upsell. It helps you find demand for AI products and services, find untapped app and software ideas, validate ideas, craft offers and positioning, and generate sales copy. If you say no at 67, there is a downsell at 47. It can help you decide what to sell before you prospect but it is the least connected to prospecting of all the upsells and anyone who bought VibeGenie in September already owns it.

OTO 3: AI Services Platform - $97 One Time

Here is a delivery side." It provides you with the AI tools to deliver the services directly to clients: AI website and app creation, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, and Google Review AI. Simply put, it’s the services that AIProspectGenie helps you pitch. The remaining issue is operating costs. Voice agents and chatbots are generally priced per minute or message, and the funnel details do not specify whether usage is inclusive, capped, or paid with your own API keys.

OTO 4: DFY First Client Campaign ($297 one time)

With this upsell, Wayne's team builds an AI solution for your first client, which you can resell. Options include AI websites, AI agent workflows, lead & follow up automation, and custom AI solutions. The funnel prepares the outcome to be ready to re-sell for $1,000+ It takes away the delivery hurdle but you still have to find and close that client yourself and no turnaround time is given.

If you buy the front end and all four upsells at full price one by one, you're looking at $535 in one time payments plus $27 per month if you take the order bump.

Purchase Path 2: The AIProspectGenie Bundle ($297 one time)

The bundle bypasses the front end and upsell sequence altogether. You can get AIProspectGenie Core and all four OTOs for just one payment of \(297: the Prospect Follow-up System, VibeGenie Core + CMO, the AI Services Platform and the DFY First Client Campaign. That’s a saving of \)238 compared to $535 if you were to buy the same separately. The DFY campaign alone is $297 on its own in Path 1.

One thing to check before buying is that the bundle is described as including all OTOs, but the unlimited prospects order bump is not an OTO and the funnel details do not say if it is included. If you do value unlimited prospecting, make sure you confirm this at checkout so you don’t end up paying $27 a month on top.

How AIProspectGenie Works

All of the AIProspectGenie is based on campaigns. Each campaign matches a market to one thing you sell. Every AI agent in the tool writes about that pairing.

Step 1: Create a campaign

AIProspectGenie Review - Inside the Acquire Member area

When you click New Campaign, a short form pops up. You provide us with the campaign, e.g. “AI receptionist – City dentists” and you provide us with what you sell in one line, the way you would say it out loud. There’s an optional Pricing and Proof field where you can put something like “$497 to set up, $197 a month, live in a week” + any results you can point to. You can even add an optional Who It Is For that narrows the audience even further. You can also set the tone of your emails with a dropdown, the default being direct and to the point. Then you click on Create and Find Leads.

That’s a smart move because a cold email is only as good as the offer you are promoting. The problem is that the Proof field assumes you have results, and a total beginner won't.

Step 2: Locate Leads

Then the finder searches a city and niche for matching businesses. The demo campaign “AI receptionist – Manchester plumbers” returned 20 plumbing businesses, each with business name, category, city, country and email address where one was found.

Two details stand out. Each lead shows a star rating and review count first, meaning the primary source is Google business listings, and the analysis pages also cite business websites and the Yell directory. The funnel details also mention LinkedIn but nothing inside the dashboard shows LinkedIn data so take that claim with a pinch of salt until you see it working.

Second, not all leads have an email address. In the visible demo list, two out of six businesses had “No email.” That’s normal for small trades businesses, but it means you may get significantly less businesses you can actually email from 20 leads.

Step 3: The AI Analyzes Each Business

And this is precisely where AIProspectGenie fits in. Each lead has its own analysis page, the top of which shows the business’ email, phone number and website, with a detailed breakdown below.

At the top of the page is a simple English summary of what the business does and how it deals with inquiries. For one Manchester plumber, the AI said work comes in almost exclusively by phone, with no booking form, no online quotes and no live chat.

Then a fit score out of 100 and a written explanation. The AI explained what held each demo lead back. Two demo leads scored 82, labeled Strong Fit. It said there was no review evidence of missed calls for one plumber and the company was very young. It also said the volume of missed calls was unverified and the website looked thin. Such self-limiting reasoning is much more reliable than a bare number.

“What they are losing money on” lists specific problems. Each problem is accompanied by a quoted line from the business’s own website, and a link to where the line came from. You can check each statement yourself before you use it in an email.

A little further down the AI looks at what the business already has in place, such as live chat, a booking widget or a callback promise. Then under the heading 'What you could do about it' it suggests concrete pitch angles. For a drainage company these included answering and booking jobs on the call, picking up every ring while the operator is busy on site, and replacing callbacks with a clean job sheet.

Finally, a ‘Worth a warning’ box tells you when a lead may not be as good as it seems. For that same drainage company it flagged a thin website, no complaints about call backs in its reviews and an existing five star listing and inquiry form. This is a market rarity that can tell you that a lead probably doesn’t need your service. It’s the most powerful feature in the whole product.

Step 4: Write and Send the Outreach

If you click Write the Email, the outreach writer will start in the background. There is a progress panel saying it is "picking the one problem that is worth leading with" and you can stop it or leave the page and it will keep running. Cold email works best when it is short and specific, which means leading with one problem instead of listing ten.

Then in the Outreach tab, each email is tracked through four stages: To Review, Approved, Sent and Failed. That approval step is a nice guardrail, because every AI-written email deserves a read before it’s sent. The statuses “Sent” and “Failed” show that the tool can send and write, but there is no information visible on how the sending works, whether it is through your own Gmail, an SMTP connection, or a built-in sender, or what the daily limits are.

The Dashboard

The home screen shows total leads found, analyzed and emailed for all campaigns, plus your recent campaigns. Each campaign has an overview that includes a pipeline view and a Best Fit card to surface the lead that is worth your time first. Lead pages feature a notes box, a favorite star, and a Training section in the sidebar. Clean, dark-themed interface that is easy to follow.

Who Should Use AIProspectGenie?

Here are the people AIProspectGenie works best for:

  • Agency owners that already sell AI or marketing services and want an easier way to fill their pipeline

  • Freelancers and consultants who know what they offer but have a hard time finding and researching new clients

  • Local marketers, working city by city, niche by niche

  • Service providers that want better researched cold emails rather than generic templates

It’s a less good fit if you’re a total beginner with no service, no pricing and no delivery plan in place yet. The tool is very good at finding and researching prospects but it can’t close the deal or do the work for you.

When the Hype Outpaces the Product

The core tool is solid, but a fair AIProspectGenie review has to separate what the software actually does from what the sales page claims.

The four-figure framing is aspirational. The headline on the sales page promises businesses that have “\(1,000+ problems you can solve,” and every call to action asks if you’re ready to land your next four-figure prospect. AIProspectGenie locates and researches prospects. If any of them become \)1,000 clients depends on your offer, your follow-up and your ability to deliver. There’s a disclaimer at the bottom of the same page admitting that there’s no promise of income or success.

The sales page does not have the limit of 500 prospects. Someone buying just off the sales page won't know the $27 version has a cap or that unlimited is $27 a month. And there’s no usage meter to be found anywhere on the dashboard.

Email coverage will vary in scope. A number of companies on the demo list do not have an email address. If you are in a niche where most businesses only list a phone number then you will end up with less contactable leads than what the lead count would suggest.

The sending setup is not explained. The tool tracks Sent and Failed emails but there’s no indication on how emails are delivered or what limits are in place. There’s real deliverability risk with cold email, and in the UK and EU it’s also subject to data protection rules. If you send from a normal account to scraped addresses, you can get flagged or suspended. Start small and use a separate sending domain.

The one thing no one's shown us is the finished email. The analysis pages are well documented but there is no example of a finished email on the sales page. Evaluate it carefully during the 14-day refund window, because that’s what the prospect actually reads in the email.

The upsells are just rehashed old launches. OTO 2 is the same Megabuilder platform from last months funnel, and OTO 1 is last months VibeGenie. VibeGenie owners would be paying twice.

The window for refunds is short. Many products in this space are below fourteen days. So as soon as you get access, set up a campaign and test the full workflow, including writing and sending emails.

Longevity of the platform is a fair question. This year Wayne Crowe has put out a new product every month, each built from parts of the last. And that rhythm makes it worth asking how long each tool gets active development and support after the next launch.

Advantages and disadvantages of AIProspectGenie

Pros:

  • The AI analysis is specific, evidence-based and links each claim to its source page

  • Clear explanations of fit scores, and a caution box for weak leads

  • Campaign setup Each email is tied to a clearly defined offer and audience

  • Outreach writer starts with one problem, which is good for cold email

  • All emails need to be reviewed and approved first

  • Entry $27 14-day refund

  • You get a real savings over buying upsells individually with the bundle

Disadvantages:

  • 500 prospects front end capped, unlimited use add-on for $27/month

  • Not all leads have an email address

  • No clarification on the way emails are sent or what limits are

  • No completed sample email provided

  • OTO 2 is a re-bundled previous launch, and the least relevant upsell

  • Costs of running voice agents and chatbots in OTO 3 are not detailed

  • 14 days refund period only

  • The sales page is heavily using income-style 4-figure framing

Is AIProspectGenie Worth It?

It’s the analysis layer that makes AIProspectGenie better than most of the prospecting tools that have come out in this space. Rather than just spitting out a raw list of business names, it goes through each website, tells you what the business is probably losing, links every claim to a source you can verify, and even flags when a lead might not be worth pursuing. That’s the very research that most agency owners don’t do because it takes too long and it makes a cold email that much more effective.

The weak spots are around that core. Active users will probably need a monthly fee the sales page never mentions. Not all leads have email, the sending side is under explained. The follow-up system and AI services platform fit nicely in the funnel, but the VibeGenie upsell feels like a filler.

Simple My Take On This AIProspectGenie Review. If you are already selling a service to local businesses and your bottleneck is research and outreach, the \(27 front end is a low risk way to speed up your prospecting and the 14 day refund gives you time to judge the emails for yourself. If you want the whole agency toolkit and the done-for-you first client build, then the \)297 bundle is the smarter buy than collecting the upsells one by one. Just go in knowing that the tool does the prospect searching and research. Your job is still to convert them to paying customers.
