And software automates portions of roles but doesn't replace a strategist, copywriter, media buyer, account manager and closer.

The seventy five thousand dollar monthly potential at OTO 4 takes 150 paying clients, full pricing, zero churn and no delivery costs and puts them into one number. In the real world, local marketing agencies have a monthly churn rate of five to fifteen percent, and most operators find it hard to manage ten to twenty clients.
