#### Upgrade 1: Pro – $67

Pro is the upgrade that turns the app into a working tool, rather than a test drive. It raises the limits to 50 businesses, 5 keywords each and 50 websites, unlocks grids up to 9x9 (81 points) and adds a bigger scan credit pool. Reports are fully branded with your name, logo, color and call to action with all mention of ProfitMaps AI removed. Client emails can be sent from your own domain. Any new leads that come in through your sites are also automatically followed up by email.

##### Downsell: Pro Starter - $47

Business Finder is the prospecting tool . You pick a niche and an area, and it gives you a list of local businesses with a score between 0 and 99 of how often they appear in the top three spots on Google over 25 map points. Filter by no website or rankings, sort by score, rating or review count, export a CSV and one-click to build your own private preview site. 30 searches a month. Works with Basic. Searches require credits.

##### Downsell: Finder Lite – $47

If you pass on Business Finder, you’ll find Finder Lite for about $47. It is the same tool but limited to 10 searches per month instead of 30.

Agency is for those who want to work with clients. You get 10 client workspaces, each with their own scans, sites, posts and leads, a read only login for each client, up to 3 team members with different roles and your own branding on reports, emails and client portal. Agency Plus, at $297, removes limits on workspaces and team members (under fair use), and allows clients to pay you by card, using your own Stripe account. One catch: business, keyword and site limits come out of your base plan and are shared across all workspaces, so Agency on top of Basic still means 10 businesses total.

There’s one more detail that really matters. Site pages, where a business owner sees the site you built and claims it, are only included with Gold and Platinum. “If you buy the upgrades separately you don’t get that feature. ### What Is ProfitMaps AI?

ProfitMaps AI is basically a Google Maps rank scanner that has an AI website builder included. Most ranking checks look at one location, but maps results are dependent on where the searcher is standing. ProfitMaps AI checks the same keyword from a grid of points around the business and colors each point: green for the top three, then shades for “close,” “on page one, rarely seen” and “not in the top 20.”

#### Keywords and the Grid Search

Finding keywords is free and only takes about five seconds. The app suggests keywords with monthly search volume and competition levels and allows you to add your own. In the demo, scanning five keywords on a 5x5 grid cost 125 credits. The scan takes two to three minutes to run in the background.

### What I Like About ProfitMaps AI

The grid map is easy to comprehend. It’s a great opening for outreach because any business owner can read a map of red and green pins in seconds.

The setup is clever. It saves you time and avoids AI-generated gibberish by automatically pulling business info from Google and the website and lets you hide services the business does not offer.

The site architecture is sound for local SEO. A good starting point is service pages, a hub page and city pages, all based on a real keyword, with titles and meta descriptions already set.

The editor is adaptable. And the ability to click to edit or ask the AI chat assistant makes it usable for people who can’t code.

The bundle value is legit. Gold packs in nearly $860 of upgrades, training and white label rights for $297.

The sales pages are honest. Refreshingly so. They clearly state that rankings clients and income are not guarantyd and they use example earnings as illustrations.

### Things to Look For

There are a few weak spots worth knowing about and no honest ProfitMaps AI review would be complete without them.

Credit allowances are not shown. All plans, including Platinum, use credits for Scans and Finder searches, but none of the sales pages mention how many credits are included with each plan, if they refill, or the cost of top-ups. This is the biggest open question for long term cost.

Claim pages are bundle only. The product revolves around a pitch-and-claim flow that’s available only in Gold and Platinum, so buyers who buy the front end and upgrades separately won’t get it.

Some features come later. White Label is going live on November 26 and some of the client accounts, client portal and Stripe payments were still work in progress prior to going live. Purchase according to what works today.

Details were still being worked out. In the days leading up to launch, a number of prices, limits, and terms for workshop replays were flagged as pending.

It identifies the problem. But not the solution. Google Maps rankings are largely influenced by the Google Business Profile, reviews, and local prominence, not just a website. ProfitMaps AI helps to clarify the problem and create a good site, but moving a business from 20th position to in the top three still requires real local SEO work over time.

Use city pages sparingly. A couple of area pages is fine but cloning nearly identical pages for dozens of towns can backfire with Google.

Be careful with sample sites. You are building sites with a real business name and phone number, before they have agreed to anything. Make them private previews until the owner says yes, and swap out any stock images before handing over a live site.

Basic is tight. A trial-sized plan includes ten businesses, 5x5 scans only, and two keywords each. Pro is the minimum for most serious users.

The grid scan shows a problem most owners have never seen. The AI site plan is based on sound local SEO logic, and the editor is good enough to deliver a finished site to a paying client.

The front end is a fair way to test it at $37 but it is a starter plan. If you are serious then the real decision is between Basic plus Pro and Business Finder at $201 or the Gold Bundle at $297 which adds Agency, White Label, the workshop and most importantly, the claim pages. Gold is a better buy for most buyers that want the full workflow.

My overall take from this ProfitMaps AI review: buy it for what it is, a powerful tool for finding local businesses, proving their problem and building their site.
